Steve, a lifelong Siloam Springs resident, founded Holly Street Physical Therapy in 1992. With over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, he’s proud to serve the community he calls home. Steve holds a BA in Studio Art from the University of Arkansas and a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. A Certified Clinical Instructor and APTA member, he enjoys mentoring PT and PTA students—many of whom now practice across Northwest Arkansas and beyond.

Joey is a Physical Therapist from Lincoln, Arkansas, who has been part of the Holly Street Physical Therapy team since 2020 after completing his student rotation with the clinic in 2016. He specializes in orthopedic care and enjoys helping patients get back to moving comfortably and confidently.
Joey earned his BS in Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. Joey completed the Saint Louis University and SSM Health Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency in 2019. He is dry needling certified through the IDN.

Sarah Grace is a Physical Therapist who has been caring for patients in Northwest Arkansas for the past two years. After completing her student rotation with Holly Street Physical Therapy in 2022, she returned in 2024 to serve the Siloam Springs community. Sarah Grace earned her BS in Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She has advanced training in craniofacial, neck, and upper extremity conditions. She is certified in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Sarah Grace is passionate about helping patients feel better, move easier, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Kristen is a Physical Therapist who has been part of the Holly Street Physical Therapy team since 2023, serving patients in Siloam Springs and the surrounding communities. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. Kristen specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy for men, women, and children, helping patients manage pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and other pelvic health conditions. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care.

Lesli is a Physical Therapy Assistant who joined the Holly Street Physical Therapy team in 2017, after nine years serving patients in Northeast Oklahoma. She earned her AAS in Physical Therapy Assistant studies from Carl Albert State College. Lesli specializes in geriatric physical therapy and enjoys helping older adults improve strength, balance, and confidence so they can stay active and independent.

Madeline joined the Holly Street PT Team in 2025 as a PTA after graduating from NWACC. She and her husband live in Bella Vista and have three dogs.

Baylee is a Physical Therapist Assistant who has been part of the Holly Street Physical Therapy team since 2018, serving the Siloam Springs community. She earned her BS in Biology from John Brown University and her AAS in Physical Therapy from Northwest Arkansas Community College. Baylee specializes in working with patients with Parkinson’s disease and those recovering from limb loss.

Lindsay is a Physical Therapy Assistant who has been part of the Holly Street Physical Therapy team since 2012, caring for patients in Siloam Springs and the surrounding communities. She earned her AAS in Physical Therapy Assistant studies from Arkansas Tech University–Ozark and is dedicated to helping patients move better and feel stronger in their everyday lives.

Holly, a Physical Therapy Assistant, has been part of the Holly Street Physical Therapy team since 2013. She earned her BA in Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and her AAS in Physical Therapy from Northwest Arkansas Community College. Holly has had certifications in the LSVT BIG program and enjoys working with patients living with Parkinson’s disease.
